Vintage crockery hire prices.

I try to keep my prices as simple as possible, that’s why I have set up some really easy packages to access. I have 130 sets of vintage cups, saucers and tea plates as well as lots of teapots and cake stands. My packages offer everything you need for a vintage party but you are also welcome to hire individual pieces of china.

Not everyone will have the exact numbers of guests to fit our packages. Below are the prices for additional place settings, cake stands, teapots and table decorations when added on to one of the hire packages.

 

£2.00 – 1 x teacup, saucer, teaspoon, side plate and cake fork

£3.00 – 1 x teapot (one per 4 persons)

£0.80 – 1 x milk jug (one per 4 persons)

£0.80 – 1 x sugar bowl (one per 4 persons)

£0.50 – 1 x sugar tongs

£1.00 – 1 x cake slice

£3.50 – 1 x three tier cake stand

£2.50 – 1 x two tier cake stand

£2.00 – 1 x one tier cake stand

£3.00 – 4 metres of bunting

I also offer cake stands and teapots to hire individually. The prices are below. Please note: there may be a delivery charge for china hire under £50.00.

FAQs

  • There is a separate breakage/loss deposit required of a minimum of £50, dependant on the package or amount of crockery required. This will be returned in full if no breakages or losses occur.

  • Yes, the packages are a useful guide but you can add or reduce the amount of guests and we will adjust the cost and amount of crockery accordingly. Our minimum hire package is 8 people.

  • There is a free delivery service on orders over £50 within 10 miles of Tockwith (YO26). Delivery/collection for orders less than £50 or further than 10 miles of YO26 are charged at 0.60p per mile. You are very welcome to come and collect/drop off the china.

  • The hire period is usually from Friday to Sunday but we are happy to work with you if these days are not convenient.
